Vince Costanzo is a Certified Practising Accountant and the founding Director of Costanzo Harris.
With over 30 years of experience, he advises a diverse range of clients on various accounting, taxation, business advisory and corporate matters.
He advises a diverse client base who employ varying corporate structures and operate in diverse industries including, but not limited to manufacturing, engineering, professional practices, retail, wholesale, property development and building and construction. This includes advising high net wealth individuals and family owned and operated SME’s.
Vince Costanzo is a Fellow of CPA Australia and a senior adviser at Costanzo Harris, bringing more than 30 years of experience in accounting, taxation, business advisory and corporate matters.
Vince works closely with a broad range of businesses, entrepreneurs, professionals and high-net-worth individuals, providing strategic advice across a diverse range of industries including manufacturing, engineering, professional practices, retail, wholesale, property development, and building and construction. He has extensive experience advising family-owned and operated businesses and SMEs, helping clients navigate complex commercial and taxation matters while identifying opportunities for growth and long-term success.
Vince is passionate about building strong, trusted and long-term client relationships. He enjoys working closely with his clients and providing practical, commercially focused and up-to-date taxation and business advice to help them develop their businesses, improve performance and achieve their personal and commercial objectives.
His areas of expertise include tax-effective business and investment structuring, small business CGT concessions, corporate and business advisory, finance proposals and SMSF administration. Vince particularly enjoys working with clients on complex matters and developing practical strategies that deliver meaningful outcomes.
While Vince has recently transitioned from an ownership role within the practice, he remains very much involved in the day-to-day advisory needs of his clients. He has no plans to retire and looks forward to continuing to work passionately with his clients, drawing on his experience and knowledge to support them and their businesses for many years to come.
Outside of work, Vince is a keen cyclist and has toured Italy by bike during the Giro d’Italia. He has also participated in charity cycling events, including a recent Tour de Cure ride in Tasmania.
Vince is a passionate Carlton Football Club supporter and MCC member, enjoys travelling, and, reflecting his Italian heritage, has a genuine appreciation for good food and wine. Above all, however, Vince’s greatest passion is his family.
Brendan Harris is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Director of Costanzo Harris.
Since joining the practice in 2007 and with over 25 years of experience, he advises his clients on various accounting, taxation, business advisory and corporate matters.
His clients use varying corporate structures and operate in diverse industries including, but not limited to manufacturing, medical professionals, retail, wholesale, building and construction and not for profits/associations. This includes advising high wealth individuals.
Brendan Harris is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Director of Costanzo Harris.
Since joining the practice in 2007 and with over 25 years of experience, he advises his clients on various accounting, taxation, business advisory and corporate matters.
His clients use varying corporate structures and operate in diverse industries including, but not limited to manufacturing, medical professionals, retail, wholesale, building and construction and not for profits/associations. This includes advising high wealth individuals.
Brendan also heads up the Superannuation division of the practice to ensure clients Self-Managed Superannuation Funds are compliant in relation to statutory requirements.
In his spare time Brendan is a keen golfer and supporter of his sons sporting pursuits.
James Di Sebastiano is a Certified Practising Accountant and a Director of Costanzo Harris.
James joined the firm in 2013 and was admitted as a partner of the practice on 1 July 2022.
James provides taxation advice and a wide range of business advisory services to a wide range of clients from high net wealth individuals and SME’s. His clients operate in diverse industries including manufacturing, logistics, medical professionals, retail, e-commerce, property development and building and construction.

James joined the firm in 2013 and was admitted as a partner of the practice on 1 July 2022.
James provides taxation advice and a wide range of business advisory services to a wide range of clients from high net wealth individuals and SME’s. His clients operate in diverse industries including manufacturing, logistics, medical professionals, retail, e-commerce, property development and building and construction.
James also assists clients with implementing and maintaining their accounting software packages. His accounting software experience includes MYOB, Xero, Sage, Quickbooks, Saasu and Zoho.
Outside of the office James is a sports fanatic, playing basketball, handball and football. He is happily married and a father of both a young boy and a little girl!
